Product-Specific Exchange & Refund Rules:

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the activation key has been used or the file has been downloaded.
  • In case of technical issues, our support team will assist instead of offering an exchange or refund.

🔹 Electronics & Gadgets:

  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Any tampering, physical damage, or unauthorized repair will void the exchange or refund.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

🔹 Custom or Personalized Products:

  • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or modified on request cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

🔹 Perishable & Hygiene Products:

  • Items such as food, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health and safety concerns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
